This Refund Policy applies to all subscription-based services offered by YugKrishi, operated by MicroKernel IT Services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Services

YugKrishi may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, advanced crop advisory tools, expert consultation, analytics, and other enhanced services.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, we do not provide refunds for:

Partial usage of services
Change of mind after purchase
Unused subscription period
Failure to cancel before renewal

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment due to technical error
Incorrect charge caused by system malfunction
Billing errors verified by our team

All refund requests will be reviewed individually. Approval is at the sole discretion of YugKrishi management.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. The request must include:

Registered mobile number or email
Transaction ID / Payment reference
Reason for refund request

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

5. Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for managing their subscription status.

6. Payment Gateway

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. YugKrishi is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

7. Policy Updates

YugKrishi reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of subscription services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
